The access key and secret that you provide are used to connect to your Amazon Web Services account, Bauns will then automatically configure an SNS Topic, and Subscription, so that Bauns is notified of every Delivery, Bounce and Complaint triggered by emails your send via SES.

Your credentials are encrypted, and are only used for the initial configuration of your Bauns project. Once your credentials are no longer needed, they are deleted.

We store the sender and recipient's email address, as well as the email subject, and time that the event occurred. We only use this data to notify you of when you might be hitting your Bounce and Complaint limits, and to provide you with an overview of your sending behaviour within Amazon SES.
